1. Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, or using Sub!t (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.

These Terms apply globally, including to users in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, and other regions where local laws permit use of the Software.

2. License Grant and Types

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for personal or professional purposes subject to these Terms.

License Types:
  • Perpetual License: One-time purchase for ongoing use of the licensed version during the authorization period.
  • Annual Subscription: Valid for one year from first activation, renewable upon renewal.

3. Restrictions (Strict Enforcement)

You agree not to:

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your license, denial of support, and pursuit of legal remedies including damages.

4. Device Activation and Management

Each license is limited to one device (unless otherwise specified at purchase).

You may deactivate and reactivate on a different device via the Software's tools. Excessive or suspicious changes may trigger temporary lockout for security review.

You are responsible for safeguarding your license information; uses via your credentials are deemed your actions.

5. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Payments are processed via third-party services, primarily Paddle and others we may partner with.

Pricing may vary by region due to exchange rates, taxes, or platform rules; final amount is as shown at checkout.

Refunds may be requested within 14 days if the Software materially fails to perform as described and cannot be reasonably fixed, subject to our and platform review. Promotions or non-refundable items may be excluded.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Where law prohibits such exclusions, liability is limited to the fullest extent allowable.

7. Governing Law and Mandatory Rules

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU GDPR, China PIPL) take precedence over conflicting provisions.

Disputes shall be resolved in Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance, unless local mandatory rules require otherwise.
